We're looking for horse owners who want to explore their horse's nutrition through the App, and share what they find in their own words.

What we ask: 3 short Reels shared over your first 2 months showing what you found, what you changed, and how it's going.

  • MyHappy.Horse is an iOS app built by Dr. Nerida McGilchrist (PhD equine nutritionist) to help horse owners stop the constant worry they feel about feeding. You enter your horse and what you're feeding — forage, hard feed, supplements — and the app shows you what's missing, what's excessive, and how your diet affects gut health. It can also help you track weight, feet, behaviour, and more.

  • We keep it simple — 3 Reels over your first 2 months:

    1. Reel 1 (within your first week or two): Your first look. What does your horse's current diet look like in the app? What did you find?

    2. Reel 2 (within the first month): What did you change, and what are you noticing?

    3. Reel 3 (within 2 months): How have things shifted over time?

    Each one can be 10–30 seconds. We'll give you prompts, ideas, and a simple formula so you're never staring at a blank screen wondering what to say.

  • Not at all. We're more interested in genuine enthusiasm for horse nutrition than follower counts. All experience levels, ages, and disciplines are welcome.

  • A few simple ones: tag @myhappy.horse, collaborate with our account on each post, mention Dr. Nerida by name at least once, include a gifted/partnership disclosure, and avoid making any medical claims. That's it. Your voice, your words — we just want it to feel real.

  • Mel from our team will be in touch to let you know if you've been selected. If you are, she'll get you set up with app access, a link for your consult booking, and everything you need to get started.
